2011 IWMS Raider Runners
Cross Country Intramural
Practice
We will meet in the gym at IWMS every Monday and Wednesday from 3:50 pm – 4:30 pm. Students need to bring appropriate running attire which includes: running shorts, t-shirt, long-sleeve shirt, light jacket, light pants, running shoes, gloves and a hat. Students will have access to the boys and girls locker room to change immediately following the school day. Practices will be held both in the gym and outside on the IWMS grounds.
Schedule/Racing
In addition to practice, students will have the opportunity to compete in several races throughout the year. Other than the SMSD Championship race, parents will be solely responsible for their children. The races listed are fun runs and students, along with their parents, will drive to and from, enter and compete in the races on their own. Below is a list of races available if students wish to run. When information is avaliable about the meets, a link will appear below each event.

- October 15th – League Fun Run – Rim Rock Farms
